With over 18 years work experience in hospitality, Patricia has worked in Dubai for the last 12 years with reputable hotel chains such as The Fairmont and The Address hotels and Resorts and Vida hotels and Resorts. She worked with Kenya’s Block Hotels and Kenya airways Kenya before moving to Dubai.

She has extensive experience in Hotel operations and development. Her last job role was Director of Guest Experiences and previously held position such as Front office Director, Executive Housekeeper, customer service and has been a champion in various company projects such as Loyalty programmes and change implementation.

She has the reputation of being a passionate and fearless leader, who achieves results through effective strategy development and implementation, setting processes, establishing of service standards and empowering teams and grooming individuals for succession and talent development.

A hospitality graduate from Kenya Utalii College and a management MBA from Roehampton University.
